16-18 Category • 2024My artwork "The Good Shepherd" is an artwork inspired by the parable of 'The Lost Sheep' found in Matthew 18:10-14. But instead of the usual biblical setting, this is set in the mountains of Ireland. And the shepherd instead of being a Hebrew clothed in a tunic he's an Irish man clothed as a farmer. This parable shows how the shepherd left his flock in the mountains in search of the one who has wandered.
