This painting is of an eight year old girl called Amilah who has lost all of her family in the war. She used to love playing with her dolls but because of the bombs she has lost her home and all of her toys. On this cracked wall, she is writing peace please. I used oil pastels and blending sticks as well as a pin for the cracks in the wall. The paper is recycled khadi handmade in india.
