My 'This is Nature' project is inspired by the idea of floating items and moving air. There are moving trees and branches. Even though the trees are barren, there is still life underneath them in the little flowers. There is lots of life in hidden places. There are gypsum caves with puddles and a spider underneath the house. This is inspired by my local area, Kingcourt, Co Cavan where gypsum is mined. I really like the spider, he reminds me of life in a dark cave. You can see the moon and the sun in the picture, there are flowers at the window of the house, because we use nature to decorate. My favourite part of my drawing is the kite and the clothes line hanging broken between the cliffs. It shows me how powerful nature can be.
